shamanic healing

Grounded Support for Healing, Reconnection & Inner Alignment

My shamanic work offers a gentle yet profound way to reconnect with the deeper layers of self, nature, and ancestral wisdom. Rooted in ancient practices and held within a grounded, contemporary framework, this work supports healing, clarity, and a renewed sense of balance.

It is particularly suited to those who feel disconnected, depleted, or called to explore healing beyond the mind alone.

Shamanism is one of the oldest

spiritual practices in the world,

dating back over 80,000 years.

Archaeologists believe some of the earliest cave paintings were created by shamans who entered trance states and then painted the visions they experienced, meaning those ancient artworks may actually be maps of the spirit world, not just decorations.

work with me

A shamanic healing session is guided by what is needed in the moment and may involve working with guides or power animals, soul retrieval, clearing energetic blockages, or receiving insight and support from the spirit world.

We begin with a gentle conversation, followed by a period of rest while I work through rhythmic drumming and journeying to support you. You do not need to have a clear intention or do anything specific. Your role is simply to relax and receive.

Sessions are held in a grounded, supportive space and unfold at a respectful pace. People may experience deep relaxation, emotional or energetic release, insight, or a subtle sense of calm and clarity. The effects of the work often continue to unfold gently in the days and weeks that follow.

Shamanic healing has traditionally been offered as a free service to the community rather than a fixed-price transaction. For this reason, sessions are offered on a donation basis, allowing the work to remain accessible while honouring the time and energy involved.

Donations begin from £40.

Each session is unique, but generally you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state while rhythmic drumming supports the healing journey. The space is calm, safe, and nurturing, allowing emotional, energetic, or spiritual release to happen naturally. You don’t need to “do” anything, just rest and receive.

No. You don’t need to follow any particular belief system or have prior experience with spiritual practices. Many people come simply feeling curious, open-minded, or looking for a different approach to healing. The session meets you exactly where you are, and you’re always free to take from the experience whatever feels meaningful and supportive to you.

Everyone’s experience is different, but many people report feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded. You may notice a sense of emotional release, clarity, or a shift in perspective. Sometimes insights continue to unfold in the days or weeks after the session as things gently integrate. It’s also completely normal to feel reflective or tired afterwards, as your mind and body process the experience.
